If a repair is needed on the container, it will be directly logged on the platform. Customer and operator can challenge the estimate, and once accepted it is automatically transferred to the repair shop.

Transparency & Data Immutability

All reports are upload on IPFS, an immutable file system, meaning that once generated it cannot be modified. Any modification must go through a new PDF, and each update is available for the client to review. Furthermore, all events logged on the container are recorded on the blockchain, providing further transparency on the data.
